eck44 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between eck44 ("we", "us", "platform") and any user ("you", "user"). By using the eck44 website, application or any of our services, you will be considered to have given your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

eck44 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continuing to use the platform means you have automatically accepted the updated Terms. It is therefore your responsibility to visit this page regularly.

1.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account and use the services at eck44, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming or betting is completely prohibited.
• You must register on your own behalf and using your real identity — not on behalf of someone else or under a false identity.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and if discovered, all accounts will be closed.

1.2 Accuracy of Information

The information you provide during registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date. eck44 may at any time request submission of a national ID card, passport or other documents for verification purposes. In the event of false information being provided, the account will be immediately closed and any balance may be forfeited.

1.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You will be held accountable for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

eck44 provides secure and fast financial transaction facilities. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

2.1 Deposit Rules

• All deposit amounts must be in Bangladeshi Taka and the minimum amount is ৳200.
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• eck44 reserves the right to reject or hold any suspicious transaction.
• No additional charges are applied for deposits, however your payment provider's own fees may apply.

2.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 and the maximum is subject to applicable limits.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method from which the original deposit was made, as long as eck44-supported methods are used together.
• For large withdrawals, additional documentation may be requested if account verification has not been completed.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected, withdrawals may be suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at eck44 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is applicable only once and depends on the amount of the first deposit.

• To withdraw the bonus amount, a turnover of 25 times (25x) the total bonus amount must be completed after receiving the bonus.
• The bonus is valid for a specific period from the date it is received. Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• If multiple accounts or multiple individuals from the same device or IP address claim a bonus, all bonuses will be cancelled.

3.2 General Bonus Policy

• eck44 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses are only usable on the games specified in the promotion terms.
• Having multiple bonuses active at the same time is generally not permitted unless stated in a specific promotion.
• It is mandatory to meet the turnover requirements before withdrawing amounts won using bonus funds.

3.3 VIP Program

eck44's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum. The cashback benefit may have its own turnover requirements.

eck44 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots, automated software or other technical means.
• Using multiple accounts to unfairly take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
• Attempting to earn money by exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing or using abusive language towards platform staff or other players.

If such activities are detected, eck44 will immediately close the relevant account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

All content published on the eck44 website and platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, brand elements and other materials — is the intellectual property of eck44. Copying, distributing, modifying or using these for commercial purposes without any form of permission is prohibited.

• The intellectual property of games available on the platform belongs to the respective game developers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and others).
• No third party may use eck44's trademarks or logos.
• Users may view the platform's content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Information provided at the time of registration is used solely for service operation, verification and legal compliance.
• eck44 does not sell your information to third parties.

Services provided through the eck44 platform are offered on an "as-is" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, but we always strive to provide the highest quality of service.

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. If any outstanding bonus turnover requirements have not been met before the account is closed, those bonuses and any associated winnings will be cancelled. However, your main balance will remain withdrawable.

9.2 Closure at eck44's Initiative

eck44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false information or failure to verify identity.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

eck44 operates as a safe and reliable platform. In the event of any dispute or complaint, it is recommended to contact our support team first. We believe that most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

• Any dispute relating to these Terms must first be formally notified to us within 30 days.
• If attempts to resolve a dispute fail, both parties may resolve it through arbitration or mediation by mutual agreement.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully effective.

eck44 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform or inform you by registered email. Updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication and continuing to use the platform will mean you have accepted the new Terms.
